How much did you pay for mppsk

How much did you pay for your mppsk.

Just wanted to know how much people are paying for their mppsk and did you buy it through a BMW dealer or independent supplier? Did you install it yourself or have it installed at the dealer or independent shop? What was the total cost to maintain warranty coverage?

Here is my deal from last October and I think it's about the average. MPPSK kit was $2399.60, CF tips were $203.20 each. Labor to install the exhaust was $187.85 and programing was $149.95 so total was $3143.80. Dealer add's a shop supply/enviromental fee of $38.85, State sales tax is $204.14, my out the door cost $3386.79. Dealer installed.

Thanks for the info. There's some more M performance parts available for the 340/440 as well. I've seen a brake upgrade as well as LSD and some carbon fiber interior pieces and mirror caps. I was looking to maybe get an aftermarket dual slat CF Kidney grill from a catalog I received in the mail just to give my car a look that sets it apart from all the other F30s. Maybe a CF rear diffuser and a lip on the front fender as I don't have M Sport Package. I'll definitely use your cost and see if I can get a similar deal.

The MPPSK makes sense if you order it when buying new, but is a bit over priced if you try and buy it stand alone from the parts department. Here dealers are selling an M Performance edition 340i. Pretty much just the appearance pieces: grill, skirts, spoiler, and 20 inch rims. I saw a white one in the showroom and it looked really nice.

I do wish I had a louder exhaust especially if my car is looking like that or maybe just get an MPE. But more power is good also. Maybe with LSD and some appearance bits I can get an overall discount. Some jerk in a modded C7 was revving his engine in a parking lot the other day and it was annoying enough that people were giving him dirty looks for revving his engine for know legit reason trying to show off. With a louder exhaust my engine note would be more comparable , but I would have to remember to put it in sport mode first to get the most noise

i`m quoted for $3999 that includes installation and tax by my dealer.
It`s the mppsk carbon tips and the m performance diffuser. Is it good?

I forget how much I paid seems about right but not too sure. Sometimes third party sites have sales.
