F30 Cooling and Transmission DTCs
Recently started getting a few DTCs and a check engine light from my 2015 328i xDrive (N20). Felt fairly confident that it was a faulty thermostat, so I've replaced that and the water pump (114k miles). Cleared the DTCs and everything was fine for a few days, but now I'm back. Less codes than before, but I fear I have not found the root of my issues.
Current Codes: P0116 U1408 CF2DE2 Anyone have experience with these? Could they all be related to the same issue? Any help would be appreciated before I take it to the dealership and overpay for diagnostics. Thanks! Also: I'm seeing normal temps for the coolant and engine oil and the coolant sensor on the top/front of the engine Ohms out at 2,000 ohms when the engine is at ambient temperature...so I think that is working ok.
