Louder plastic clunk/pop F32

It was really hot day 31.5 C, car was on working temperature. I came from drive then i put in P and i was checking something around car in garage while car was running. I needed to back up a little, and i put in R and started to back up slowly then i heard loud plastic clunk from the front of the car. I couldnt replicate the sound then i went for another drive, and everything was fine.

So, Is it possible that some vents were opening/closing since it was really hot, and car was running inside tight, hot, garage (its 15m2 closed garage)

Does even this car has any sort of this mechanism? F32, 2.0d, auto, 71000 km.

I had E90 and those vents were visible from front of the car, so i knew that these sound is made from those vents since i could see them opened or closed, but from front of F32 i dont see vents, only radiator through grill.

I cant find anything on google.

I get these pops as well. At first thought it might have been tie rod bushings, but my steering isn't affected so that leads me to believe it's not that. Starting to think it's just a "f32 thing"

Since car wasnt moving (situation from linked thread) idk if it is steering related.
