Possible vacuum leak?

Thanks for the help in advance. I’d like to start by saying I’m not super knowledgeable on this. I have included a video hopefully that will help(actually couldn’t figure how to upload from my iPhone). I have put a reader on and the short term fuel trims are spiking. With a very rough idle. Struggling to stay on it feels. But has not completely died. Any ideas on what this could be?
