Anyone have any luck getting SULEV related warranty done in Wa?

As the title states, I've read a few people have gotten sulev covered warranty work done in the PNW, but I have had zero success. My car though was originally sold in Oregon, I assume that's why I'm getting shot down since it did not originate from Ca.

I have had some warranty work done on mine in Wa and purchased mine in Oregon.

What are you trying to get done and what type of warranty do you have?

Original warranty just expired, 2015 with 56k miles. Not CPO so no warranty on that end.

I'm trying to get the oil pressure\temp sensor replaced under sulev warranty, which its one of the parts covered by it, but Wa doesn't qualify for the extended sulev warranty of 150k\15yrs.

Service adviser was clueless when i brought up the sulev issue, told them I'd look into it and come back, but from what I see we are SOL.

Take it to BMW Portland then - if you can get it down there running.
