Front Camber powerflex bushings

Anyone have any hints or have done this bushing upgrade yet?

The manual says the bushing are not user serviceable. I have never done a bushing swap before do I need a special tool? I just finished installing the M Perf suspension and wrapping things up with some more camber.

I think the only way to get it out if it’s even possible is a bushing press. Might be able to rent one.

That's not a job for the garage for most people. You definitely need a press. Pull the control arms and bring them with the bushings to a reputable indy shop, they'll swap them for you.

If you are going to attempt at home... put the bushings in the freezer overnight. This will help them slide into place. As others said, you definitely need a press to accomplish this.

I have SuperPro bushes installed in my car - zero problems over a year and around 15K miles. SuperPro are helically scores (honed) to aid retention of the lubricant grease.

I'm using both the camber adjustable and caster adjustable units as part of a broader suspension and geometry upgrade/setup. Very happy with them.

Any chance you can share your alignment specs with adjustable bushings?

Here's mine with the Super Pro camber bushings. I gained about 0.5deg negative camber (the "before" measurements here aren't with the OE bushings).

Nice, how’s the ride? Any increase in NVH?

No appreciable increase in NVH. The SuperPros are apparently softer than the PowerFlex.

The camber definitely helps in cornering, although I wish I had more still since I track the car.

MUCH better turn in and more linear/predictable cornering. With a lot of toe in the car would have a mid-corner shift/grab. I'd have to add more steering angle than usual entering a turn, and then dial it back mid-turn once the car took a set and grabbed. It was AWFUL.
