2013 328i xdrive reliability

Hey,

Looking to take on a short 12 month lease on a 2013 328i xdrive sportline.

It currently has 79k km, i'll probably run it up to around 97-98 by the end and I have no plans to own it after lease, I just want to get liquid enough after a year to purchase a 328/335 outright private sale.

My concern is I don't want any random expense popping up ruining the lease cost.

A 79-98k 2013 328i should generally be good right?

New tires and brakes, and oil changed recently...

add the extended warranty even if you're only keeping it for 1 year. it's cheap compared to any type of repair that will come up over 80k kms. when you say new brakes, i'm guessing only the rear brakes were changed (those are usually done at 60-70k); the front brakes should be good for another 40-50k after that. anything else that comes up will be covered by the warranty, if you extend it, but i shouldn't expect anything to fall apart during your time with it.

i have 75k on mine and the only thing major was changing the front wheel bearings, as i was hearing a turbine-like noise over 130km/hr. other than that, the suspension cylinders had to be adjusted last year as well.
