Typical Maintenance intervals & cost

I'm currently looking at 2015/2016 CPO 328i GT's.

Most of the vehicles I'm looking at have around ~35k mi.
What's the typical lifespan of things like fluids, brakes, etc?

I'm coming from a 2009 Subaru Legacy GT, but looking for something a bit more family friendly.

The same as with most cars.
