Recommended Dealership In Socal For Lease Return?
As title states, can anyone share good or bad experiences with certain dealerships in Socal area?
The car is fine, I got repairs done the right way with rock chips and light scuffs on the front bumper. The only item I can't check off on the lease return checklist, is maintenance. Says all maintenance has to be up to date, which is true in my case. The catch is I did the maintenance myself(brakes, oil changes). Is this something a dealership can specifically deny the lease return or give me a hard time over? I have receipts for the items, not for the labor. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. |

The dealership that I returned my F30 at overlooked two staggered non-RFTs (steering wheel literally didn't sit straight), super low tread on the two RFTs, non-OEM scratch repair, license plate dent in rear bumper, and one accident on file. Yeah... I had consistent bad luck with that car even though I wasn't at fault for any of it
Not too sure how difficult it will be regarding maintenance history, but I feel like if I managed to return that car scotch-free, somewhere should let it slide.

If BMW is anything like VW, it does not matter where you turn in the car because it's not the dealership's car, it's the bank. They probably just notify the bank that the car has been received and the bank sends a 3rd party company to inspect the car and if the dealership doesn't buy it, they'll tow it away to an auction.
