Does it say anything on the plug itself?

Can you follow the wiring to the engine bay?

Any aftermarket electronics you can see?

Can you ask the seller if they know anything about it?

You can always unplug it and see if anything happens lol

It looks like for a p3 gauge. Is there a boost gauge in one of the vents?

I don't see a boost gauge anywhere on the vents but I texted the dealership that sold me the car and they said it was for a tune but never told me what program or brand it was

Had a similar device.
Was a remote to control the exhaust valve via the steering wheel buttons.
Removed it, it drained the battery.

Removed the lower cover and check what’s in there.

Looks like it's connected by the brown and green wires

The ribbon cable will connect to whatever it is. My dash top mounted HU display uses a similar method to get its data.

Help Identify This Please:

I bought a 2018 430i Gran Coupe from the dealership. I went to plug in my OBD 2 coding tool to use Bimmercode and seen that something was already plugged into that port. Can anyone please help me identify this?

Same answer as last time, follow the ribbon cables to whatever it is that's plugged into it.
