found an option to enable 2 phones but wondering if there was more to get all the features.

I've now managed to get video to work through the usb

You should VO Code this rather than FDL Code it:

Step 1. Change FA from 6NH to 6NS:

E-Sys - How to change FA in F-series car.pdf

Step 2. VO Code Head Unit

Connect => Read FA (VO) => Activate FA (VO) => Read SVT (VCM) => Right-Click on HU_NBT (the ECU itself not the underlying CAFD) => Select CODE.

BMW apps works, online poi search works etc. but there is no Internet web brower option

settings in car are as follows:
HU_NBT ->3000 HMI -> Functionen ->NAVI POI ONLINE SEARCH -> Nativ
HU_NBT-> 3000 HMI -> Functionen -> NAVI ONLINE OPTIMIZATION BUTTON -> nicht active
HU_NBT ->3000 HMI->Funktionen->CONNECTED_DRIVE->aktiv
HU_NBT->3000 HMI->Funktionen->ONLINE_BROWSER_LIVE->nicht aktiv
HU_NBT->3003 > ONLINE_BROWSER = both_aktiv (bmw online and bmw internet)
HU_NBT->3003 > ONLINE_SERVICES = aktiv
HU_NBT->3003 > ONLINE_SERVICES_GLS = aktiv
HU_NBT->3003 > TELEFON_TELEMATIK_ONLINE, 50->Funktionen->DUN_PROFILE->nicht aktiv

is there a possibility to get the internet brower to work. I presume since car was built after july 2013 it has its own sim card.

Well, activation of ONLINE_BROWSER LIVE only doesnt do the job.

I will look into it later today and will try Dun and Pan to active.

Does anybody knows what the ONLINE SERVICES and ONLINE SERVICES GLS are? Very unclear what they do and my car came with this to active. Dont really like putting things on nicht active when default acitve

Any more input from others?

No luck so far.

Activating BMW live, just replaces BMW Online, which to my opinion is exactly the same with the same applications etc. Cannot figure out any difference except from BMW live startup time is longer (slower)

Furthermore the PAN and DUN do not help either. With me everything works (basically I have all options) except that I do not have a www Browser.

Can someone explain where the www broser is in your idrive menu. (and offcourse if someone knows how to activate the www browser also welcome)

Coding Climate Control to remember automatic ventilation on a daily or M-F basis:

I live in south Texas and it's starting to get warmer now. I could have sworn I read in one of the threads or other forums about a way to code so that the Climate Control Timers would remember and be active on a daily basis so they don't have to be turned on daily.
Of course, if MyBMWRemote had the feature (like the Demo) about remotely turning on the venting, I'd be all over it. I have a US 535i.

coding only allows people to activate pre-programmed functions in the car. unfortunately you cant reprogram something to do something else.

I'm stuck with coding in the evenings after work if time permits. But today I stumbled on something. I found a way for the iDrive to connect a device via WiFi. Now, I don't think I enabled enough things to actually make a connection. But after reading a few other posts, I'm super pumped to figure this out. If I can figure a few more things out, I'll post up it's own thread. So does anyone have stock WiFi? Ideas?

HU_NBT > 3000 > ENT_MC_WLAN_STREAM_DMP > aktiv

It requires a DLNA/UPnP Media Sharing Server on Laptop or Phone.

On newer NBT firmware like 51.3, it no longer works though.
