Question Ambient Lighting Stopped Working

I am having some issues with my Ambient Light. I have the cup holder light and added the climate control back light. They stopped working. I have checked fuses and wires it don’t see anything wrong with them.

Any suggestions on what to check?

If I had the cup holder light from factory does that mean I have the ambient lights on the doors?

I did have the passenger door panel off but all the lights on the door work like the puddle lights and window switch light.

I had an issue with cup holder light when doing an nbt retrofit and had to reset the fem with ista, it may have grounded out or something n after too many errors it needs to b reset. After I reset the counter with ista they worked.

Is this something I can do with bimmercode?

I have had everything unplugged and plugged back in a million times so this is a good possibility.

Thanks
