Oil pan gasket replacement service

I had a recent oil pan gasket replacement on a 2015 435IX which has X-drive and Driving Dynamic Control. The car rides very rough after this service. Could the mechanic have disrupted something to cause this?

Very possible, oil pan requires dropping or at least lowering the front subframe.

Rides or sounds rough?

The subframe has to drop and a front axle has to be removed because it goes through the oil pan.

Sounds rough? Well that's very bad.
