Incredibly low prices. They quote less than £500 for new brakes and pads all round, I wonder if they'd honour that when they realise I have M Sport brakes!

Not just driving your car but to which garage ?

My issue/ concern would be are they so cheap because they’re using left over spaces in garages that haven’t got a lot on for whatever reason?

Can be a bit suspicious of reviews - seen a few garages where the fantastic reviews seem a bit too similar

So, I spoke to them today, I queried their prices, asked if they had any small print - They said no. I gave them an example of brakes front and rear, discs and pads, discreetly mentioned the brake issue, still no flinch from them. Apparently they use approved independents, only genuine BMW (for instance) parts and their work is both warrantied and approved by the respective marque.

Can this really be true though ?

You will destroy any goodwill with BMW and trying to prove genuine parts etc were used might not be easy

These sorts of websites are just a race to the bottom in terms of price and quality

Find a local back street garage that other people have used and recommend instead or preferably a BMW indy you can talk to yourself

Not sure what they quoted when I posted on the 12th Jan stating the prices were incredibly low but it's now nearly £700 for front and rear discs and pads. My car has M Sport brakes but not sure they'd know this. Not looking quite so cheap any more.

Just cut out the middle man and take your car to KwikFit, I'm sure they'll tell you the work is completed to manufacturer standards and all parts are genuine.
Good luck with that

Have you considered doing it yourself? Pad and rotor change on these cars couldn't be any easier. It's a 2 hour job to change all four corners even for someone who hasn't done it before. Just a thought
