Huh? So a JB4 Map2 or Map5 f30 is faster than an f80 M3/4?

Seems a bit exaggerated....

For me yes.
A good settings of jb4 make the 435i car very very fast

see this two comparisons :

with a good tune is possible to run around 12-12.3 sec (time very similar to stock M4)

In case anyone is interested im writing about the different tunes later this week. Blog will not discuss advertised numbers or any sales pitch. It will be 100% technical data about how each tune connects and how it works to make power.

Nat O'B - I don't think TMC PnP @ 500 bucks on pump gas is comparable with what you've done to your 335i running blended gas and or meth!!

BTW I'm running a JB4 on my m135i too but with much less $$$ on BO's and no meth. It gets down the roads here v well indeed....BP

I should have put comparable mods with power. Before my turbo, i was on just meth and 93 pump, at 363WHP/440wtq.

However my 560/540 was also on 93, and meth, no blend. But thats another story. Thats just me fueling my addiction for more power and never being satisfied

Yep - with oem turbo tweaked intake and hi flo cat DP with 99 RON fuel only ie no meth, on map 6 I'm seeing 398CBHP/460CLBFT. Map 6 fettled to give 375+ cpower from 4500-7k and 400+ ctorque from 2k-5k - JB4 ticking all the boxes....

To all you guys that are not gonna by the m3, maybe you need awd? .. I traded my f30 .. Bought 2016 s4 . Last year of the 3.0 supercharged . New model will be bi turbo... Fuck that ! No engine sound or exhaust and I'm sure they will lock up the computer just like the f30. The s4 shits all over these f30'S and pulls n54's and new tech inside makes up on the interior. Audi still loves tuners !!

i considered an S4 but heard the steering is pretty dead and the car isn't that exciting to drive. also audi reliability had me worried.

but yes, awd is great. point and shoot. more usable fun.

can't comment on the JB but can on my Racechip Ultimate.

i've never dyno'ed or timed my car but i don't think it would be anywhere near as quick as a M3/4, although provided a significant increase in mid-range torque in lower gears i find.

My computer isn't locked at all

and fully flashable thanks to BM3. If you were in Houston I'd love to do some pulls on you. I also have iDrive 6.0 NBT EVO so my tech is pretty up to date.

I Assume you meant Idrive 5.0? and how did you retrofit your 2013 to idrive 5.0? I'd like to know if i can do it too. I got a 2014 335xi

Nope, 6.0. Comes with the new G chassis 5 series. Bimmertech sells it for $2400. I just got back from a cruise, I'll do the install this coming week. Can't wait!!! You should be able to do it with no problem at all.
