I got the dinan fuel correction kit, and I'm thinking of making similar copies for a way lower price. Would anybody be interested ??

Curious to see how this works out for you. I went bpm4 ekp upgrade and a hellcat stage 2.5 fuel pump upgrade. Both were plug and play.

My build is taking a delay, found a water leak in my master bathroom and hello now bathroom instead of built motor 😑. At least the misses will be happy for awhile.

thanks for the info !! I went with the walbro 450lph. I was also thinking of the bpmk4 ekp because I read that aftermarket pumps can burn out the factory fuel pump controller. I also dropped off that part from dinan to a machine shop to have a similar one made.

Also going to drop the motor off this week coming up, so I can have a turbo manifold made for a garrett g25-660 , it will be plug and play with a bracket for the factory Electronic wastegate (EWG) . I plan to start selling these manifolds so that everyone has an option for a bigger turbo. I'm also waiting on this rotrex supercharger so I can build the bracket and have the machine shop mass produce it too.

I know it's been a while but here are some pics of the garrett g25-660 that came in. I plan on making turbo kits for 3 stages. These pics are from the shop to who's going to be making the prototype turbo manifolds + for stage 2 I'm trying to see if we can fit the the g25 into the stock turbine for plug and play

I decided to make 3-4 stages of turbo kits. I'm installing the engine this week with my stage 1 turbo upgrade, then stage 2, and finally Stage 3 which would be the Garrett G25-660 with it's own exhaust manifold. I'm doing it this way so that I can provide a Dyno for each turbo stage upgrade.

Sadly this guy disappeared back in march 2021.

Right now the highest dyno'd n20 is a pwg with a precision 5858 530whp. I'm sure we will see more cars as the Darton mid sleeves navardi got made for higher powered cars. I'm talking 40+ psi.

Darton sleeves (6 month lead time - thanks Covid)

Any particular reason you haven't run the quarter mile with your built N20?

Clients car above cannot, due to covid restrictions in his country, and has decided during his most recent lockdown to upgrade the internals abit more to crack 400rwkw on the low reading dyno then he plans to run times if restrictions ease and track opens.

As for my personal car I've literally had Covid lockdown, followed by drag track being shut for almost 12 months on road surfacing repairs, followed by another lockdown and then getting bored and rebuilding the engine with some different additions after building a few other N20s and finding better ways of building the engine for maximum durability.

Even if I had all the money in the world to make things happen, I still have had external delays with being able to get my personal car to the track here in Australia

Proper forged builds on the N20 and B48s take alot of time especially when it appears that I am the only one to have provided the community with the information to build an N20. Most of the built n20s/b48s that are out there either run some sort of stage 2 turbo which we already know isn't great on getting over 350whp. Even the B48s we tuned to 500 & 540whp have only done draggy runs but their quarter mile times were close to a b48 on E85 stock turbo (12.1s - 12.3s) due to the immense boost lag and the clients being unable to use NOS.

On top of all this Covid has delayed delivery of parts, it took 6 months for Darton to make and mail us our sleeve order.

Hopefully in the next few months we will see QTR mile times, but again typically what we've seen is anything over 500whp begins to drop 2000 - 4000 rpm tq significantly and those setups start to suffer at the drags, unless clients are willing to invest money in nos or compound turbo setups. Not to mention Anti-lag hasn't existed until last week on bm3 which a vast majority of my clients use including those 500+ whp b48s.

So we'll see, Atleast my client with the b48 on e85 has set a nice 12.506s pass ( he did already attach the slip in the FB group), and he'll be back for more soon with a 430whp rated turbo and E85.

I guess realistically the simple reason why we don't see alot of built. Big turbo N20s or B48s running times or a few dyno runs is they're more expensive to build and have to be built differently from a B58/N55/S55 etc. "No replacement for displacement"

We're looking into more reasonable cost effective solutions to getting those 500+ whp n20s and b48s reasonable times by keeping a good 2000-4000rpm tq figure.
