Both colors delay the production time to 10 weeks at minimum.

Most likely because they have to move it off the production line, transport it to another factory, put the paint on, bring it back to the production line - at least that's what they did with my 4 series, I had a similar delay in terms of production

In general, such color would have to be approved by BMW first
