Summary
This car has been my daily drive for the last 5 years. I own the car outright and the title is in my name. I work from home and the car has been driven sparingly over the last year (increasingly so due to COVID). I have all of the maintenance records as well as clean inspection (see records in pictures below).

The car has been extremely well maintained with every instance of repair documented with receipts that will be included with purchase. The car has a brand new front right rim and all 4 tires have less than 10,000 miles on them (front passenger tire has been replaced less than 300 miles ago). Alignment was recently performed as well (less than 100 miles ago).

The car is completely stock with no modifications.

Recent Maintenance (last 3 months)
Complete replacement of Accessory Belt Drive system
- Serpentine Belt replaced
- Tensioner Assembly replaced
- Belt idler replaced
Laser Alignment performed at a suspension shop
Oil Change (done every 3 months/3000 miles – which ever comes first) – always replaced with Mobil One synthetic Oil (documentation provided)
OEM windshield Wiper
Windshield crack replaced by Safelite

Open Items
Rims have standard city curb rash (see picture above) from the rare times it was parked in the street. I have garage parking and the car has spent 95% of its life in a garage.
There is a dent on the left-hand pillar. Cost of repair was estimated at $300
No other major cosmetic issues. Car is hand detailed once a quarter and will be detailed prior to purchase.

This was my dream car coming out of business school and was taken care of meticulously. Starting a family soon and need to move to a larger vehicle.
