340i Rough Coldstart

My Car everytime i start it up i have a very wierd rough start but if i turned it off immediately than start it up again, it starts up normal i changed the spark plugs and made sure it’s not the dorsh and still same problem

Tuned? Untuned? Any codes?
I had issues with mine doing the same and had a shadow code for the exhaust vamps solenoid. Replaced it and haven’t had any further issues.

Stage 2+ bm3 and afe exhaust and i get like black smoke of unburned gas
