It's always been like that. And traction control and parking sensors are near the gear selector, where they have always been. Those are buttons for Lane Departure, Forward Collision Warning, etc. Things you don't change very often.

And still, the answer is next year.

330i is in BMW worldwide press kit btw, so anyone who wants to figure out if it's worth waiting for can look there.

Weight increase

Why are the LCI models heavier by ~20-30Kgs, with new engines they should be lighter? 335i->340i 20Kgs more and 328i->330i 30kgs more! Is all that extra weight up front? Could be more sound insulation.

I like, but not blown away.

Not THAT much different from the e90 I've been driving the last 8yrs.

Will wait to see if a M340i comes out with HP closer to the C450 AMG.... gotta have a stick though!

Some nice little updates but nothing earth shattering. Will be interesting to see reviews on the new engine though.

Not too thrilled about the interior color extending onto the bottom part of the dash (now matching what the 4 series has).

All the sedan's rear seat headrests collapse now... Not just the center like in my car. Not excited or anything, just bringing it to attention.

Did they go back to twin turbo for b58 or is it still twin scroll? Hopefully it's not just a tuned n55 and JB4 can get it into the 420 range with just a tune.

They definitely improved the Active Cruise Control sensor's appearance on the Luxury line. I don't expect the M Sport's sensor will look any different though.

Has full leather always been an option on F30? Looks like the dash is covered in leather in the photos with white interior or am I making that up?

I was going to ask was this the first time the second numeral was larger than the first, and then I remember the 135i and the current M235i.

That's a European Individual interior in those photos. The leather dash currently is an unadvertised, Priority 1 option in the U.S. Unless they change it with the LCI it is all in black. Several people have used it not to have the red lower dash on 4 Series models with the Coral Red leather. It looks really good and is fairly reasonable at $950.

There are two BMW Individual leather options: One is for standard Dakota leather (only the upper part of the dashboard is covered in Walknappa), the second one is for Individual leather seats and the whole dash and upper parts of the door cars are in Walknappa and the lower dash part is in Merino leather.

Well the M4 and the M3 (which has the same front end as the M4) both already have LED headlights. Maybe they'll get updated when the 4-series LCI hits, but I wouldn't count on it.

Looks like the rear lights will fit, not so sure on the fronts though, "Headlights have moved further apart"

Off-topic, but when you get your F80, you are going to have a hell of a garage. Lemans blue is one of my favorite colors for the E39 M5, and FO is my favorite color for the F80. Congrats

So they are doing it like Mercedes now, LED standard but only "basic LED" the "adaptive LED" is going to be an option on the 340i too.
