Thank you for the comments, and yes, Carbon Black is beautiful. Here are a couple pictures of the interior. There's not much of a difference from the pre-LCI except small details like the stiching on the dash like you all know but nevertheless. I am enjoying it and very happy I chose the 4 series instead of the other contenders. The car feels very solid, no creeks like my e60 has. Suspension is tight but absorbs the bumps very well. Loving the fine line anthracite trim, it is much darker and more of a grey color than the pictures. I can go on and on praising the car. Maybe in a couple months I'll make a review on it when the excitement wears down. Also have a couple accesories waiting to be installed in my garage, like the diffuser and front splitter and am waiting on a couple more so I can install them all at once. But for now the car looks so clean that I'm not in a hurry to install them.

The Aluminum Dark Carbon interior trim is gorgeous. Is there any indication that the trim isn't backwards compatible with the F30, and have any part numbers been released yet? I'd love to buy that trim for my 2015 3 series :-D

I finally, after 3 months of waiting, joined the LCI 4 series crowd yesterday!

My particular example is a lovely 430i M-sport in the fashionable "poverty white" as my friends would say, otherwise known as "Alpine White".
Paddles on the streeting wheel for when you want to pretend you're a racercar driver during the morning commute.
Keeping in line with the #fashion color scheme I opted for the Ferric Grey 441 M's which look really killer in-person.

Many plans to come for this bad boy Bavarian but right now I just want to
enjoy the ride while the honey-moon-phase lasts.

You'll have to excuse the quality of the pictures. My enthusiasm to tear up the tarmac in this naughty Bavarian is comprimising my ability to produce quality "carporn".

not really, I had the braked pads chamfered (round the edges) and that did the job for a while but once the edges are straight the brake dust builds up and that is what causes the noise (based on BMW tech).
there are several threads here where you can read different tips on how to minimize the noise.

I prefer it over the extended display to be honest, even if I'm always in sport mode so sport display. I did not notice any differences yet between the digital and analog display.

I'll try to take some decent pics soon.

No, I only have the digital display. I wasn't going to wait till Juli production and the HUD never tempted me. Had it before and also on the test 440i GC I drove but don't miss/need it.
