Code max default call column?

Is it possible to set each phone call max default column to 25% as with the initial stereo sound coding?

I often go to make a call and the volume is ridiculously high. It’s not the same as the stereo/music level

I've got the opposite problem. It's to quiet and I turn it way up to then get blasted with the music when the call ends. Would love to know if there was a coding option on this as well.
