Spring 2013 is a long time. Hopefully they don't delay M Sport the way they did with sedans.

This is the best-looking BMW wagon to date. However I'll never buy a BMW wagon, so if I need to get a BMW with room for cargo, it will be an X5.

The F30 330d will be available as of July production outside of US. There's no information on 335d yet.

Best regards,

practical family cars that won't let man lose his testosterone are hard to find and I think the F31, E91 or E61 are great choices.

In Canada, they only sell the Touring with xdrive so it should be there on launch.

I own an e91 and think moving to the f31 later. It's the perfect car when you like driving and havena family.

Unfortunately, you misunderstood my post entirely. I had responded to Ron Scott's single-word, original post of "Yuck" with "Why? It is a tidy station wagon that nicely continues the lines of the car." I continued, opining "if you need/want one this looks like an attractive option."

I am still interested in his explanation of "yuck", although he deleted his post following my initial query. I doubt we will be hearing from him.

(P.S. I suspect most people have, at minimum, a blunt understanding of the station wagon market. )

I don't want the 4 cylinder. One of the great things about my 328xiT is the 6 cylinder engine. Its a gem.

I recently switched from an X5 back to an E91 and although it gives up space, the X5 never really put a smile on my face. I really love my touring, its a great car and with the addition of a performance exhaust and some proper wheels its a great looking and sounding car.

I do wish I could find a little more aggressive set of springs but nobody really seems to make anything. I bought H&R's for another vehicle and really wasn't impressed by them.

I like the F31, nice looking car. But what I really want is an F11 M Performance 550XiD.

Oh and as for the ladies, the latest one I'm dating said "that isn't a wagon, its a BMW". She might be a keeper...

It could be from launch. It might depend on launch time... I read also another press release (BMW model update programme as from July) and they mention only sedan xDrive. Of course there is no official sales date announced as far as I know, so there might be "BMW model update programme as from autumn", but I would not count on it. The car looks sexy and I do not have words how disappointed I am that there no xDrive. So decision time for me - I am not willing to wait another year (or 6 months). Waiting one year for touring has been long enough.

No 335 at launch either. That doesn't bode well for the 335 hitting the US. I wonder if they intend to wait for the engine refresh that [I speculate] will arrive with the coupe.

I'll never own a wagon, SUV, mini-van, pick-up or other dreamcrusher - but if you need/want one this looks like an attractive option.

I'd rather be seen in this wagon that most any other wagons available today, not sure why you feel so insecure about being seen in this beautiful car..

Have a look at the interior shots, anyone else notices new iDrive software and updated interface?
