Have you had a look at the connector for the mic? I had the same issue with the mic not working after the install and apparently the mic connector was pinned differently to the connector from the nbt..worth having a look

Yeah checked that, both are pinned to 1 & 2

Yeah checked that, both are pinned to 1 & 2
That's weird, I never had any issues with the sound from day 1 and I didn't run any cables to the mic. :

Depends on the mic and the cable. For instance my cable from the NBT was a 1 and 3 slot. The Bluetooth mic in the car was a 2 and 3 slot pin. So I just pulled the one slot of1 and moved it to 2 and it worked.

There also is some coding things that need to happen based on your cars bluetooth ability.

I changed my pins to suit, but whats the coding bit that need to happen? Might give that a go..
