I gotta love working around Alexandria in sydney. I had two punctures on the same rear right tyre about 1 month ago and today I am greeted with another one through the wall on the rear left today. Took it to BMW sydney and sad news to replace. Now I have a new set of rear 19" p zero in 3 months. Should take the puncture tyre as souvenir!

BMW Sydney why didn't you put enough pressure on my rear left puncture replacement p zero tyre!! It is not rocket science to read the pressure label! Going to Canterbury BMW for service from now on!

The pressure on my digital gauge read 220kpa!!! The label is 290/320

Muppets. It really is hard to get good service these days.

This bloody screw costs me another tyre on Monday! Thanks. I am getting really agitated. The screw head seems unusual. I need your help for ideas of this screw usage.

Went to see a customer in Sydney uni this afternoon and when I press the lock button on the boot and closed.
when I tried to open the door, I realised I left my key in the boot. I have comfort access on my car and while I just touch the handle to open the door. Won't open but the boot magically opened for me. Them I realise what happen.

Comfort access saved me

From this angle, it just looks like a well driven over Phillips head self tapping screw, but I am probably wrong.

Look here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_screw_drives

See my edit for a helpful link...

Maybe it's one of those automotive screws, I've closed the link and can't remember the name, and they're falling out of your own car and then you're running over them! Sorry, couldn't help myself...

Is that a green on blue puncture?

Simon was correct, it is a self tapping screw with a Phillips head.

Now you just have to drive the streets of Alexandria and find out who could be dropping them on the road!

Should be a narrow group of people that use them

It would be quicker to just avoid the suburb KT!

Move offices to somewhere they don't use screws.

are you going to pay my salary?! i am expensive to keep, H.

My office is next to PetBarn/Dan Murphy's on McEvoy St. I used to turn right to Vic Basement Side street but thanks to Bunnings all one way turn now and has to go through Dan Murphy's to Erskinville, 2 apartments and 1 townhouse lot currently booming the area!

I might as well stick some beer bottles on the road!

Is it possible to get to the office a different way mate, park in Danks St or somewhere near and walk. Get a coffee, sounds much safer.

Beer bottles would be far better to run over mate at least they wouldn't puncture the tyre.

Also if you go to a tyre shop instead of BMW Sydney the will probably just repair it at a huge cost of $30. They can repair these new RFT

Beauty part of comfort access is if you accidentally left your key in a bag and close the boot the boot will not close. Safety reasons. I'm amazed that they tell you which tyre is actually low on pressure. On my e92 it just say tyre pressure low then I need to check it individually.
