n55 misfire - tried everything...

Hey all, I'm reaching out to this knowledgeable community because I'm stumped, and I could really use some assistance. My car's setup has been giving me consistent issues on boost with misfiring on cylinder 2,4,6 but mostly 6 on mhd error codes, and despite my best efforts, I'm unable to rectify the problem. Here's what I've tried so far:

• Replaced the spark plugs
• Swapped the coil
• Installed a new cable
• Tested 3 different injectors

Despite these efforts, I'm still facing the same issue. The compression seems fine, and I'm running a custom map from custom tuner.
My N55 is equipped with the following mods:

• Wagner Intercooler N55
• Custom Chargepipe
• Whole Exhaust with Sport Cat
• TMAP Sensor 3.5
• Upgraded HPFP Stage 2 by Dorch Engineering
• Sport Main Bearings Crankshaft
• 650whp Turbo
• XHP Stage 3
• Precision Raceworks Port Injection
• Precision Raceworks Ignition Coils
• Injen Intake
• Spool Performance Stage 3 LPFP
• AIC-1 Controller

In addition to what I've tried, I also disconnected the AIC-1 controller, but the issue persisted. Furthermore, I had the transfer case serviced, and still, there hasn't been any improvement. All the new spark plugs are NGK with a gap of 0.018.
Given all these measures, I'm at a loss. Anyone's expertise or advice on the matter would be greatly appreciated. Again, thanks in advance for any assistance you can provide!
If anyone has experience with these parts or similar issues, your insights would be invaluable to me. I appreciate any guidance you can offer, and I'm looking forward to getting back on the road with your help. Thanks in advance!

Have you tried stock plugs stock gap?

Did you try disabling port injection and running and OTS MHD map to rule out the custom tune?

STFTs and LFTFs are a bit all over the place between the logs, could just be from the port injection.

Under what circumstances does it misfire? Possible to do a 3rd gear pull WOT 2000-6500rpm?
Test with an OTS map
Test without XHP
Test without PR coils
Test without AIC-1/PI

Remove one variable at a time
