He's not my mate he is just a guy who fixed one of my old luxury line wheels and did a great job. He was recommended to me by a mate if mine up here who is a panel beater.

Give him a call and I'm sure he will tell you, I would suggest around $150 though.

I always had the impression that once a wheel had a scuff, the only way to fix it was to replace it

I got it done by a Mate of Proline Paint n Panel @ Five Dock. The cost was around $200 for a machine finish. The finish was near perfect. I've been to one which was around $100 but the quality was poor.
