I did.....like a couple weeks later on my 328. Never happened before on any of my previous cars when tinted. Go figure *shrug* I'll deal with it though. Tint is a necessity in the south.

I'm still on 2018-4. It's great if I'm in an area with no cellphone reception, but for the most part, that doesn't happen. WAZE works fine for me. At least until Google decides to kill it.

I have no idea. The tints were done yesterday. When I had tints on another car though I had zero issues.

its the stuff in your doors which is suppose to wipe the rain/snow when u lower and raise the windows, which actually damages the tints...slightly.... it got on my nerves after a while lol |

I actually went to a shop for this tint rather than just having a guy do it for my other vehicles. It's still under warranty so I can get it redone just lazy lol |

Not much done to the 428xi lately. Just a service appointment for a rattle on bumps that seems to be coming from the rear view mirror/headliner area.

Well, drank the most expensive latte ever. In my car. $530 a cup.
Ended up spilling the entire cup on the right passenger's side rubber mat from which it overflown into the sub-woofer' slotted cover, onto the speaker itself and its housing and killing it. BMW visit - dealer wanted (!!!) $940 w/labor to replace it. Single woofer. NINE HUNDRED & FORTY DOLLAZ my dudes ! lmao GTFO Anyway, after some reading and debating (over going to the original OEM route again) - ended up with a pair from Bavsound. Honestly couldn't be happier with my choice ! An immediate noticeable difference, and woofers haven't been broken in yet (believe its about 12-15 hours of continues play). Tested in array of genres from classic, rock, garage dub, progressive house to breakbeat - and boy do these DELIVER that punch !! All joy for $530 (for the pair with a freebie tool-kit) shipped. P.s. do NOT drink coffee and drive !!! Edit: OH ! If you ever remove the screws that hold seats to the frame - you MUST use the new ones for permanent re-assembly ! [BMW Fillister Head Screw (M10X28) - Genuine BMW 07149321690]. And set it to the torque spec of - 42 Nm https://www.newtis.info/tisv2/a/en/f...ctric/H7gaQG1W Last edited by Digital_83; 12-01-2019 at 11:38 AM.. |

I splurged - ordered complete M Sport conversion kit with carbon fiber M Performance-style front lip, and then for good measure picked up an MST intake as well.

Well I think my car looks pretty slick w/ black grills, HRE FF01, CF trunk spoiler, etc. But I always wanted it to be an M Sport, love CF front lip, and MST intake will give me enough whoosh whoosh to forget it's not a 340i lol.

Swapped to my winter wheels a few days ago, cleaned up my trunk/glovebox and removed unnecessary crap. Might get thermal night vision for the car since I do a lot of night driving now
