I've used it several times on 3 different diesels, each time has been a noticeable improvement. Use with confidence.

Running a lot of liqui moly here including their engine oils. High quality products. No issues. Using super dpf every 6k miles.

I had the orange emission light and the an indy BMW mechanic suggesred I use it. Code was an oxygen sensor on the outlet of the SCR filter, I believe, and an injector issue. Cleared codes and been fine for 800 miles.

Not sure if the product was addressing the sensor or the injector but the bottle indicates it is for the DPF...? I should followup with him.

I think it's supposed to accelerate how much soot is burned off during a DPF regen. This would reduce the amount of ash that accumulates in the DPF and extend the useful life of the unit. My current tank of diesel has some of this stuff in it and I noticed the engine is a bit more responsive after going through 1/4 tank. I'm not sure why or how.

DESCRIPTION
Ensures optimum combustion of the fuel, reduces soot formation, lowers emissions and extends the service life of diesel particulate filters. Vehicles used for short trips and city traffic are especially affected by clogged diesel particulate filters. Regular use keeps the diesel particulate filter clean, avoiding expensive repairs and downtimes.
