I believe you need to email tokenmaster directly in order to get the new pro version.

Cheers, just got it at the time in case I needed it. There were other things I wanted to experiment with, but never got round to.

Wanna do a few things on the new car:
EBT
Dipped passenger mirror on reverse
Door handle lighting on reverse
Gonna add a camera / AV adaptor so need that coded too
If I can get folding mirrors cheap enough may add that too eventually

Do I need token for the options above?

2 & 3 yes, 1, 4 & 5 no

Ah thanks for this info Teaston, good to know that I should hopefully be able to code the reverse camera despite any token issues.

I had no idea this was coming...does this mean things like coding stop/start to remember last setting (which I think is the only thing I've used it for) will no longer be possible ? (unless buying the Pro launcher)

For the number of times I'll use it I think going the VM or old version of the launcher would be the way to go for me. Anyone know where I could download the old version from ? (2.5.3)

No old version will work either. All tokens generated by Launcher PREMIUM expire 12-31-2017, so they cannot be used.

Whilst I really appreciate the work that TM has done with Launcher Premium, it would have been nice if there was some warning of the time bombing. I am happy to pay for the token, and have done in the past before Premium was available.

The other issue is that there is no online activation, TM is only available via an email address.

There is another solution, esysx but I have no experience of using it.

I can confirm that if you have an old version of the launcher it can work fine after the date is set back a year.
I started esys in the usual way and got the pin number prompt as previously described. I set the date back a year and rebooted, esys then started normally.
I have version 2.4.3.85
So for the very occasional use it gets that's no big deal for me

Sweet! Especially as my car goes in on Monday for a number of electrical problems so will no doubt have the software updated.

That’s in addition to the interior light problem that still doesn’t have a fix after almost two years

I know this interior light issue, also indicators with parking mode etc. Mostly is FEM or REM software issue.
TBH had couple F3x almost straight after production with: interior light - wrong version installed.

TBH I can't understand this behaviour with ACC. Always start eliminate issue with integration level updates to make sure car get latest one.

They did upgrade the i level and replaced the ceiling light unit, made no difference. In recent months it's actually got a lot worse, in a 150 mile trip the other day it came on 10 times! Bloody pissing me off!

I would like to have one car with this issue to sort out. Very likely is FEM problem as is main link between ICM, KAFAS, DSC, FZD, it could be misreading or understanding signals on KCAN. Really hard to say anything without actual car.
