great price vs the ER intercooler. Question is what performs better. Or are they the same. If thats the case the decision is very easy

Garage List
The ER is a great intercooler but it's a lot larger. This is going to be more comparable to the Wagner or ATM in terms of dimensions/performance.

Keep in mind we used the same fin pack as the N54 intercooler we offer which currently holds both the fastest n54 stock turbo record as well as the highest horsepower n54 record.

Intercooler will not give you any HP gains. It will keep the intake air temp low, so car can perform at 100% output all the time.
With the stock intercooler. IAT gets really high and ECU pulls timing causing the car to lose power.

With other words. It will help prevent losing power under heavy/long pulls.
Which essentially is the same as gaining power.

Hey guys,

Mike helped me out with getting a VRSF HD 5" Intercooler. Install was done on ramps (took about 1 hour) and I did not have to take off the front bumper, just peeled back the belly pan. Fitment was perfect with ER chargepipes. I left the OEM shroud in and there were no issues.

Thanks Mike!
