Is there a DIY install video for this? Didn't see any on YouTube (surprisingly) for this or any other brand for the N20 engine.

No DIY but install is exactly the same as replacing the stock charge pipe

Finally getting to the install. There seems to be a second rubber coupler that I do t know what to do with. The regular one show. In your photo and another one that is slightly larger on one end. Can't figure out where it goes.

May have been put in the box by mistake but with the new gasket, the c-clip holds things tight. I hate it when I have "leftover" parts.

This is why you include instructions and a list of contents in the box for your customer to reference. When my VRSF charge pipe arrived it arrived as a box of parts and nothing else. I was also frustrated. I never figured out what that coupler did either.

Thanks for chiming in. On the new charge pipe and FMIC, I've got about 120mi and 3-4 hard pulls to redline up to 5th gear and so far so good. I will still feel better when someone explains the coupler of mystery.
