I ask because I added TPMS which if I recall is 2VS.

I did this thinking that if my software was updated again then I would not have to redo all of the coding required for the TPMS.
I'm curious about this too because I have coded VO to allow enhanced bluetooth (BMW Office/connect two phones) and I had to update my I-Level because of iDrive/digital speedometer rebooting sporadically. They were able to do it no problem which forced me to re-code again.

Why not march in to your dealer and demand the return of the car as it is.

Take it away and find a helpful (local) person on this forum to VO code the car for you, bringing the FA into line with the VIN by deleting any spurious codes.

Then take it back to the dealer and tell them to fix whatever problem is causing error codes.
Actually dealer said he is not allowed to give the car back with engine warning light on. Tomorrow i will call to Münich to see what's going on

If a dealer pulled that crap with me I'd return with my ownership papers and a policeman, and if he refused to give me my car he'd be arrested.

Untill this problem i couldn't complain of my dealer. Made everything in time and without any hidden expenses. Very reasonable dealer.

I will give him benefit of the doubt and call Munich tmrw to see what's happening there. I'm sure the dealer has tied hands on this one.

So yesterday the mechanic went with my car to BMW Bornem, which is the head office of the BeNeLux. They programmed it, but software was not the problem. They saw today, that is actually the turbo which is broken.
I ask myself which kind of idiots i'm dealing with really. Luckily car is under warranty

It's not repaired YET 😂 Tomorrow my car would be finished, if they receive the parts and installed them. Do you guys know if labour hours are also considered as warranty in your country?

Those clowns should be paying you for the time you've been without the car.

I guess this depends on your deal, but I have in mine that if the repair would take more than 2 or 3 days they are obliged to provide me a courtesy car. It depends how hard are you pushing them. But with this hassle, I would tell them that they should compensate somehow for the blame game of wrong SW...
