Mine is an xdrive. I ditched the run flats months ago! Think HR sports are better than eibach sportlines?

I personally wouldn't lower an xdrive car on just springs as the standard dampers on xdrive are shocking. I had eibach on previous xdrive car.

Lots of people seem happy with ACS springs only, on xdrive, so maybe go that route. I wouldn't bother with H&r on xdrive, and eibach won't give you the drop you are looking for, it will look the same as sdrive pretty much, though nice and comfy as long as you don't hoon it, as you'll hit the bump stops on deep compressions.

ACS seem like a great option but SUPER expensive! Almost 700 just for the springs. New shock/struts and install and I'm at about 1900 all in. This is where I wonder if i should just pony up for the kw comfort coil overs. Anyone have an xdrive on coils that could comment to the ride quality?

AC Schnitzer springs for an xDrive F3X are £338.48 inc vat and delivery. Not sure where you are getting £700 from, unless that includes fitting.

If you find anything below $670, let me know. Been looking for ACS springs for my F31 328ix for awhile now and nothing coming up lower. Although, I did find a 5% discount I could apply at one place.

Here's a before and after pic of my 440i GC on ACS springs and adaptive dampers, really happy with the even lowering and near stock comfort.

A few more details on lowering amount etc in THIS thread and my build thread HERE.
