99.9% sure this is not just a coding only change for the US, there are actual hardware differences, and you would have to replace the buckles and possibly some additional modules.

In the pictures for the listing below, you can see the US version of the rear seat belt buckle does not have any wires coming out:

However, in a picture from a seller from the UK who is selling the rear seat belt buckle, you can see a wiring connector coming out of the buckle:

I know this is an old thread but trying to see if any experts can jump in and provide some advice.

I have 2016 LCI 328i with standard LED headlights and would like to upgrade to adaptive LED headlights. Is it possible to install ECE version headlights instead of US version and code them to Euro specs to get full benefits of adaptive headlights? Anyone has successful experience with this?
