Using 3bolt Ground control camber plate for car with 5 bolts

Hey, I was wondering if anyone of yall would know if these camber plates would work with my car(2016 340i). I have the 5 bolt pattern where my top hat is and this set which came off my buddies 335 has only 3 bolts. Would this still work or would I be able to use some additional hardware and make it work?

It works, all millway camber plates are 5 bolt so I asked the opposite question when buying those (I have a 3 bolt car W/ 5 bolt camber plates). The 3 bolts are in the same position on both

Here was the explanation, maybe a little more nvh going from 5 to 3.

Quote:
I have a small feeling that the 3-bolt cars have a little more noise from the topmounts. There is of course a reason that BMW upgraded this in 3 steps to finally use 5x M8. The good thing is that they never changed the position of the original 3 holes. They just added 2 extra holes. This makes it possible to add 2 extra holes in the older cars.

Let me know if you have any more questions.

You might just want to check the bolt size that fits into the camber plate. I know those changed throughout the years. Idk if the 5 bolt has smaller diameter mounting holes
