I have just installed Speed limit display on my f34 and all workd as expected. Coded via BimmerCode only these has been changed.

ANZEIGE_NPI = aktiv
KI_PIA_SPEED_LIMIT = aktiv
SPEED_LIMIT = aktiv
RCOG_TRSG_APPL = aktiv
RCOG_TRSG_TIMEOUT = aktiv
SPEEDLIMIT_INFO = aktiv
SLI_NAVI_DISPLAY = nicht_aktiv

So before coding i removed negative wire from battery. To be honest cant remember if fault came after i placed battery terminal back or after coding above .

The error that i get is E114D4 that states: no message (status, convertible roof, 0x342 receiver KOMBI, transmitter CTM.

Someone elsewhere mentioned some times its caused due to low battery. Any idea?

I don't know about the error, but I estimate 90% of the faults people attribute to the battery aren't related to it at all.

Anyone know where abouts i can find and check coding setting that responsible for convertible roof at leas so i can check that too.

I cant reset the error as it states Permanent.

The only thing I can think of is that you somehow changed the VO, vehicle order, so it now thinks it's an F33 instead of an F34, but that's only a guess.

You have to look at the VO as currently listed.

Yes i did do so apparently RCOG_TRSG_ not needed for Fxx series.

Error gone after i restored to original setting Cluster settings. Something must of had interfered with my previous codings.

So after restored to default from back up, error gone then i coded:
ANZEIGE_NPI = aktiv
KI_PIA_SPEED_LIMIT = aktiv
SPEED_LIMIT = aktiv

But could not find:
SPEED_LIMIT_GENERATION = sli_gen_2_npi

So i left it out. And seems to still work. Not even sure what SPEED_LIMIT_GENERATION does.

SPEED_LIMIT_GENERATION it is for car like F10/11 where was kafas 1 and 2.On F30 we don`t have this option because was never kafas1 install on this car.
