How to remove panel above pedals

Anyone know how, or have resources about, how to remove the panel under the steering wheel above the pedals? Something is rattling around down there and I want to pop it off to see what's up. Can't find anything on google

The panel is held in by (2) 10mm nuts and a couple clips. Real easy to remove. This video link below is for a front view camera installation but there is a part in it that shows how to remove the panel under the steering column.
