You remind me of myself, I'm always messing with mine too. I did a lot of the same mods back in the day.

Here's the transition of how mines evolved over the last year. I went m sport body kit right after I bought the 400m's like yourself.

Ahhh if you go Selma replica - the bumpers are about $400 a piece. Side skirts are about the same (for the pair). Depends where you buy them.

OEM Your looking at north of $3k for the set.

This is what the unit is alll about.......

It will be USD$1200 for the full retrofit and you will receive a new screen, head unit and all cables and adapters needed. You’ll also have the latest 2018 maps pre-loaded as well as Sirius XM, Voice Control and BMW apps all unlocked.

It has all the features in the video as well. Pre coded and ready to go. It’s not cheap but for the features and peace of mind that everything is included and ready to install I can’t complain. Just the screen alone is $600 and you have to pay extra just so it doesn’t have a stretch look to it.

I was thinking about using the money towards a M body kit but this is something that is more usable than just for looks.

Used but got a good deal. I have 3 projects I need to finish. I will install NBT retro this weekend.

LOL yeah I am still planning on making the trip up to you after July 4th. How do you feel about the 7th or 8th?

That comfort access install took some time lol. I am having some issues do to a dealer firmware update. I hope to get it figured out this Saturday.

I didn’t want to have the gps antenna on the dash, stuck to the windshield or try to figure out a way to get it outside the car so I put it here and used some of the little clear 3m wall hanger tape to stick it on.

Sports steering wheel with paddle shifters and heated. I wasn’t going to do this today but I was board. All I need to do is put together the wires for the paddles and the heated part. Already have them in the pins in the front FEM and behind the steering column switch. Can’t wait to have that heat this coming winter.

Finished my heated wheel and paddle shifter wheel retro and everything works perfectly.

Next will be suspension install and I am picking up some M5 220 wheels in the next couple of weeks.
