How not to cross water

Watch the X5 and 20 seconds. Could have been fine if he wasn't a fucking idiot

Just a bit to quick really caused too much of a bow wave I guess, although it all depends on where the air intakes are.

I'm guessing the shoguns are better placed for fording water.

I think the X5 will go to half a meter, and later in that video a Honda whatever thing makes it across. So it was just his stupidity at thinking speed was a good idea.

Too fast and too much now wave as others say. Whoops!

A bit harsh he got it wrong clearly but we've all made an error of judgement at some point, funny though because I worry about deep puddles in my lowered M3

I found it ironic his plate ended in RAC!

The fact that 2 qashqai get though without it going near the top of the bonnet shows how stupid the X5 was !

I'm researching what the X5 will do off road because I desperately want to realise that it's definitely not a real 4x4 .

Actually I've had a play in some muddy fields and stuff and it is quite fun. I'm sure at some point I will cross the line and hugely regret it!

Not me. I'd have reversed through it to save water getting in the intakes
