Sure looks easy, I did not try it, but I think this is for older cars. From the picture it looks like what the dealer used to code requested functions on my 2006-2008 X5.

For the newer F series, you need E-sys stuff and E-net cable.

Thanks... it seems there's no way around it, so I'll give it a try as soon as I get my cable Still pissed off that there's no LED for the turn signals. Ridiculous !

From what I can see it doesn't do FDL Coding which is actually what you need it you want to change any of the werte values.
