clearing abs fault

Hello, I followed these steps to coding paddle shift on my f30
Quote:
Expert Mode->Coding, Read Vehicle Order, Read (VCM), Save the xml, Edit

FA-Editor, right click FA, calculate FP, goto SALAPA-Element, changed 205 to 2TB, apply, calculate FP, save

return to Export Mode->Coding, Load the xml, right click on FA, activate FA, Read (VCM), single click on the root SVT then click Code button
It did not work and had some faults :bawling:

is there any way to clear these faults?
Thanks

There is a way

Go to C:\EDIABAS\Bin\TOOL32.EXE

Push F3

double click on FS_LOESCHEN_FUNKTIONAL (Jobs) - it will erase your faults

but first you must find the cause of a fault - othervise the fault light pops up again

Good Luck

Exactly the same way you were told on the other site my friend.

If the codes don't clear it usually means there is an underlying issue.

Good luck.
