KW Street Comfort are an excellent product providing both comfort for daily driving and much performance improvements. I had these coilovers on my 2013 335i xDrive sedan.
Default number of clicks - front and rear - worked well for me. Keep us updated! |

Post pictures and review. I order a set a few days ago and it should arrive in 2-3 weeks. Can't wait.

Sorry I have not had a chance to update they have not been installed yet. my car went into BMW for service two days prior to my coilover install to have troubleshooting done for the 1-2 shift squeak and a metallic fluttering sound when accelerating between 1000 and 2000 RPM with 30-60 % throttle. The car has been there almost the whole week I will report their findings in a separate thread.

ok guys finally got them installed and just drove home. So far they feel good but my alignment is way out. I'll post again after they have settled and had an alignment and possibly a ride height adjustment but so far the height looks good. Maybe a tad too low in the front but we will see.

Alignment is finally done. Ride height has been adjusted to just over a finger gap all around. So a little up in the front and down in the back from the photo above. Got my wheels refinished under warranty at the same time due to corrosion near the centre caps.
The new suspension feels great. Nice and planted and flat in the corners. Although still a little lean when pushing it hard but I guess that's the comfort part of the suspension. Much better than the OEM adaptive I had that's for sure. Have a little more steering feel but not much. I imagine some wider wheels with lower offset will add more scrub and weight to the steering. Also the run flats have to go. With the stock suspension you could tell they were hard but it soaked it up pretty good. Now every road seem and utility cover is more shocking to the car but still handled well by the dampers with no crashing sounds. Overall I'm very happy with the setup. I'm going to start playing with damping setting now to see where I want to keep it. Currently at 9 clicks ccw rear and 11 front from full hard. |

Since you have the adaptive suspension I wonder how these feel on non-edc cars. Definitely a bit more than most options out there but it seems like the KW SC are really one of the best options.

I would think they feel the same. the adaptive gets deleted once you swap the shocks out. The change in feel would probably be different as the initial setups are different but the final outcome is the same.
