Second set of new pads - won't reset wear indicator

So I recently replaced my brake pads, again. The first time I went from OEM to powerstop brand. Without belabouring the point too much they were garbage and basically fell apart, causing a clunking noise when going from reverse to forward.

About a month into my journey with these, my pad wear sensors got tripped somehow. I chalked it up to the parts just being inferior, but after replacing the pads again today with Akebono ceramics and brand new wear sensors, the notice is still on the dash...

I double checked the sensors before putting the wheels back on, and everything looked to be fine. I did bust a clip on the receiving end of the wear sensor wire, but was still able to seat the sensor plug properly...

Anyways any insight/experience is appreciated.

I assume you used the dashboard reset method and it didn't take. That's not unusual, sometimes you have to use an OBD diagnostic and repair tool to clear error codes and perform the reset.

Actually the other way around - I tried resetting on my Foxwell and it didn't take. To be honest I didn't even realize they could be reset this way. I tried it and it said 'Reset Impossible' but I guess it worked anyways...

Thanks!
