I need tire/wheel help?

I have a new to me, 2017 340i xdrive GT with the M598 staggered wheels, 19s, I am looking for an all season (live in Utah) or what is the advice to go with a winter wheel tire package? Do i just need to match the diameter? or what do i have to watch out for? i am thinking an 18 inch package would be safer, but what size can i do without messing up the car?

Unless you stay home when it snows you should go with winters on eighteens, and don't stagger them. If you'd rather stay with only one set of tires and avoid the roads when there's more than six inches of snow the Michelin CrossClimate is probably the best A/S tire in snow.
