Lost 1 wheel and got 3 due shipping?

Any one ever ship 4 wheels and only received three. Nexship shipped through ups and they lost one of my wheels. What can I do in a claim?

Were you able to refuse delivery? Start a claim. Or contact shipper and start a claim.

Years ago I watched FedEx back up my driveway. I opened the garage door just in time to watch the driver push my plasma tv off the back and hear the glass breaking. I refused delivery.

Contact the seller, they're the ones who have to file a claim with the shipper.

I bought it remotely and then shipped it to myself at home. I can file the claim as the shipper. Question is will they reimburse me for the entire set or just the one wheel? Ill have to buy new tires also due to the one lost wheel and tire.

My assumption is that you sent four packages, each separately paid for and insured. They'd only be responsible to pay for the one that was lost.

If you did not specifically declare/insure the replacement value, my experience is that you are capped at $100 per package shipped.

With UPS you get $100 automatically. For more than that you have to pay extra.

what does the tracking say on the one wheel that hasnt shown up? Ive ordered wheels and they shipped in two boxes, the second box took a couple days longer for whatever reason even though they shipped same day.
