Quickjack setup and demo

Hey yall!

Wasn't sure where to share this, so maintenance made sense. Quickjack is running a sale right now on all of their units, so I went ahead and invested in my garage!

The setup is quick and easy, and I am just blown away on what this will add to my tools for upcoming projects and maintenance on all of the cars. Just dang!

I wanted to share.. plus they have a special running through the end of the month if anyone else wants to pick one up.

Also check out Max their FAQ guy on youtube.. he is a riot!

where did you end up getting yours from? I've been keeping on eye on these for a while and costco is a good place to check for the cheapest price, but they don't have the model I would want to get.

Did you just get it directly from quickjack?

Quickjack FTW. I love mine and it enables me to get under the car quickly and easily. I lug mine to the track too since I swap brake pads, wheels, and my splitter there.

Costco has the BL-5000SLX for $999 S&H included.

Just a heads up better than the $1,365 off quickjacks website.

ya that's the deal I was talking about, unfortunately, that's the smaller model. I wanted to get either the 5000EXT or the 7000SLX, but they don't have those it seems.

I know right?! *laugh* it kept creeping forward by a few inches on each test lift, and I didn't realize how close it really got!

I have a quickjack but in my situation it's really bulky. My garage has a lot of room.. But there's also a lot of junk laying around so it's pretty unwieldy to get into place. Only worth it for me when lifting the entire car like I did when I upgraded my brakes. When I was messing around with just the front brakes it was still easier and faster to pull out the jack and jack stands.

And found out with this car with the front center jack point being so far behind the front bumper I have to drive on wood planks to fit the jack underneath, even at stock height.

I have had my car up in the air more in the last two weeks more than probably the last year combined. Seriously love the quickjacks. My buddy was right, now that I have them I now know what I was missing.
