Colorado Service Center Experiences?
New to BMW and not sure if I will use Schomp or Winslow for "Free" maintenance.
Anyone care to share their service center experiences? I hope one of the two dealerships noted will do the most they can under the Free part and not push add on's as this is a leased car. I would like more than just an oil change however, maybe an air filter and cabin air filter here and there. |

I'm the shop foreman at Winslow and we take pride in maximizing your perks of ownership in terms of maintenance and warranty work. If you'd like to extend your ownership when the lease is up, we are always happy to help you make the best decision for you and your vehicle. i.e. in what makes sense to extend or add on and what doesn't. We've been top 3 in customer satisfaction the past several years. If you need anything, feel free to reach out to me and I'd be happy to help.

Thank you for the reply. I am already dissappinted that I CAN NOT get anyone in the service dept at Winslow to pickup the phone. Probably tried 8 times. Not a good way to promote business or ensue confidence in a potential new customer.
I do appreciate you taking the time to familiarize me with Winslow. Any customer experiences? |

I really like Schomp BMW. 99% of the service people are super friendly, and I can't say enough nice things about the service dept receptionists. They are also super nice and from my experience, actually know what they're talking about. Called once to schedule an appointment and was talking to the receptionist saying I didn't want to come in just for one thing and he knew exactly what I could do to fix my problem after describing it to him so I wouldn't have to spend time traveling out there for something simple.
Also, I always get really nice loaners (and I've been there like 7 times getting various problems with my car looked into) which makes it at least a somewhat fun and exciting experience. |

I bought my '13 335 drive from COs BMW up in Loveland. I can't say enough good things about the purchase experience, but living in DougCo, it's a real drive for service. Heard good things about Schomp but strongly considering Winslow as go to shop.
