Can anyone help me? Im trying to figure out what I damaged and what fluid is leaking

Update: when I start the car everything sounds fine and nothing is going off on my cluster so maybe it’s nothing serious but that metal sticking out worries me

Update: I figured out what it was nothing serious just the bracket that holds the splash protector broke off

If the fluid isn't obviously oily and is clear it's probably air conditioner condensation run off.
