Apparently I have a similar issue. Currently car runs fin just all the sudden the car shuts down and ista has low fuel rail pressure fault. And also a fuel rail pressure adaptation low. The fuel pump in tank is constantly reading 4.5 bar. So it appears my in tank fuel pump is fine. I'm starting to suspect either the pressure sensor or the return/pressure regulator. Car runs just fine then boom shuts down.

Im diagnosig my issue right now. Found my fuel return line that goes through each injector, then behind the inlet manifold down to the fuel pump was leaking so very slightly. The whole fuel system, even the return line, needs to be proper sealed to maintain fuel pressure. Even a small leak can throw the whole system off slightly and not even give a EML

Im having a similar issue where my car has a rough idle and jitter when hot.
I changed the EGR VALVE along with the EGR cooler since it used to show an erorr on these before. But now after changing those im havin a similar issue only now it doesnt show any error codes. My car in traffic and sometimes on idle (when hot) starts to rev up and down for no reason. I checked the fuel rail pressure and it sometimes drops to 0 when having that issue. Coud that mean that the rail is malfunctioning or could there be something else?
